   We help you prepare your home for sale.  Joanna's book, Up Your Value, is provided free to anyone who lists with us.  
  Up Your Value provides guidance into how to raise the value of your home without spending a lot of time or money. It takes the stress out of getting your home ready to bring to bring to market. 
   If you are buying a home, we help you find the right home, at the right price, in the right location.  Joanna's nearly 30 years of experience appraising homes provides unparalleled knowledge of what brings value to a home (or not) and what various communities and locations have to offer with respect to price ranges, floor plans (if available), and amenities.

   Carl's real estate experience makes him an expert on the paperwork needed to complete a transaction.

Buyers:   We want to work with buyers who are truly looking for a home, not just out for a day's entertainment.  We want to work with buyers who are honest with us about their wants, their needs and what they can afford.  We want to work with buyers who have done their homework and gotten pre-approved by a lender so that they know how much they can spend.  We won't waste your time showing us homes that are not what you are looking for and we hope you will have consideration for our time.
