o We are knowledgeable. We know the areas in which we work. We know the communities and the communities within the communities. We also are familiar with difficult circumstances such as selling a home that is part of an estate, or dealing with elderly parents.
o We are patient. If you are looking for a house, we understand that it may take time to find exactly the right place. If you are planning to sell, we realize that it can be traumatic to leave a place you have called home for many years and that you may need time to "get your act together" and take the big step to selling. We will do our best to make the process as stress-free and pleasant as possible.
o We talk straight. We will let you know if we believe you are not being objective. That could mean not being realistic about pricing your home or about what and where you can buy with the money you have to spend.

Not only do we belong to the Arizona Multiple Listing Service, but we are connected with other agents and people who might just be the people looking for a home you are selling or have a home you would be interested in buying. We also know all sorts of people you might need for moving, handyman services, cleaning, home inspections, loans, etc.
o We are ethical. We know that honesty and integrity result in the best working relationships and friendships.
We are in this business for the long haul and not the fast buck. We know if we treat you right you will tell a few friends, and that if we treat you wrong you will tell everyone.
